Therapy can help on many different levels, but is most beneficial when the therapeutic relationship is formed between the client and the therapist, and the client feels comfortable in the therapeutic environment. Collaborating together shows the most growth, and achievement in therapy.

How do I know therapy is for me?

Some might think that therapy is not for them, or they have been avoiding therapy due to the stigma attached to mental health. Therapy can be beneficial for anyone, at any time in his or her life. Whether it be a life-changing event, a stressful new situation, or the feeling of being ready to explore deeper thoughts and feelings.

How long does therapy last?

The client is the expert of their life, so it is up to them how long treatment will last. Through collaborating on goal development, clients will be able to see progression and regression through these goals.
